Our optical shop features our handpicked collection of luxury and designer frames and sunglasses. We can customize each pair to your prescription and to suit your life and lifestyle with coatings that can reduce glare, block blue light, ease the eye strain of computer work, and more.

Our Patient Forms

To make your visit as efficient as possible, we provide patient forms for you to complete ahead of time. We recommend using Adobe Reader.

You can fill out the forms online and email them to [email protected] before your appointment to save time. Alternatively, you can print the forms, fill them out by hand, and bring them with you to your visit.

Selin Khayatan, OD

Dr. Khayatan obtained her bachelor of science degree in physiological science from U.C.L.A. and her Doctor of Optometry from UC Berkeley, where she received many awards and honors. She received the California division of the American Academy of Optometry (CAAO) grant award for her clinical research in handheld auto refractors and children with complex needs, as well as the Infant/Toddler Outstanding Clinical Award. She also composed the “Optometric Prescription Writing Reference Booklet” at UC Berkeley.

Dr. Khayatan has served as clinical faculty in the Department of Binocular Vision at UC Berkeley’s Meredith Morgan Eye Center, where she taught children’s vision. She enjoys traveling, dining, tennis, and playing classical piano.

Ece Turhal, OD

Dr. Ece Turhal received a B.S. in neurobiology, physiology, and behavior from UC Davis and her Doctor of Optometry from UC Berkeley. Dr. Turhal is passionate about managing myopia in all of her young patients and is highly trained in specialty contact lenses.

Celia Futch, OD

Dr. Celia Futch received her bachelor’s degree from UC Davis and her Doctor of Optometry from UC Berkeley. She previously worked at a private practice in Tiburon before her recent move to the East Bay. Dr. Celia is also a board-certified ocular nutrition specialist.
